• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter boarding gate and arrival hall
• Check tickets verify passenger information and issue boarding passes
• Handle and process baggage including tagging loading and unloading
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
• Coordinate with other airport staff including pilots cabin crew and ground crew
• Assist with aircraft cleaning and restocking of supplies
• Handle flight reservations changes and cancellations
• Process payments and issue tickets
• Keep accurate records of passenger data and flight information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Follow all safety and security protocols including emergency procedures Qualifications and Skills :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy baggage
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
• Team player with a positive attitude
