Job descriptionDevelop and maintain web UI components using React, JSP, JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5. Convert wireframes / designs into responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth client-server communication. Optimize UI performance, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG). Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate in Agile / Scrum environments. Strong hands-on experience in JSP, React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Expertise in responsive design, performance optimization, and debugging. Proficient in REST API integration.
