Job Title : Project Manager (Smartsheet Specialist)

  • Location : Remote (India)
  • Working Hours : Canadian time zone
  • Joining : Immediate / within 1 week preferred

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery, drive cross-functional coordination, and manage client communications. The ideal candidate has hands-on Smartsheet expertise and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage project scope, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Build and maintain Smartsheet project plans, dashboards, reports, automations, and portfolio views.
  • Drive stand-ups, weekly reviews, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate design, engineering, and QA to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
  • Track risks / changes, manage priorities, and keep documentation up to date.
  • Define and improve lightweight processes for repeatable delivery.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in project / program management (IT / digital / product).
  • Strong, demonstrable Smartsheet skills (Grid, Gantt, Card / Kanban, Forms, Automation, Dashboards, Reports, Control Centre or equivalent portfolio setup).
  • Familiar with Jira / Asana / ClickUp / Trello and general PM tooling.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation.
  • Experience leading distributed teams and vendor / contractor coordination.
  • Ability to work overlapping Canadian time zone hours.

    • Good to Have

  • PMP / CSM / Agile certifications.
  • International client experience.
  • Understanding of SDLC, release management, and basic QA practices.
