Job descriptionB.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related discipline 5–9 years (Junior) or 10–14 years (Senior) of instrumentation design experience Proficiency in : IO List, P&ID, Hook-up drawings, JB schedules SP3D / E3D modeling tools Cable tray routing and layout design Offshore oil & gas project experience preferred Familiarity with IEC, ISA, API standards Strong communication and collaboration skills Offshore platform design (FPSO, fixed platforms, etc.) Hazardous area classification and Ex-rated instrumentation Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI / INtools) Work on cutting-edge offshore projects with global clients Competitive compensation and benefits Inclusive and collaborative work culture Career growth through training and mentorship

🔧 About the Role
Join our dynamic engineering team in Bangalore as an Instrumentation Design Engineer . We're looking for professionals with strong offshore project experience and hands-on expertise in instrumentation design tools and deliverables. You’ll be part of a global team working on high-impact offshore and onshore projects.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Develop and review instrumentation deliverables : IO List, Instrument Index, P&IDs, Hook-up drawings, JB schedules, Cable Schedules, and Cable Tray layouts
- Prepare and validate SP3D and E3D instrumentation models, including instrument location plans and cable routing
- Interpret project specifications and client requirements
- Coordinate with process, electrical, mechanical, and civil teams
- Review vendor documents and ensure design compliance
- Support site surveys, FAT / SAT, and commissioning activities
- Mentor junior engineers (for senior roles) and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
