Job description

About the Role :

Lead the design, development, and configuration of Pega applications aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for Pega CLM / KYC modules including onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation strategy
Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and UI Kit
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure quality assurance for maintainable solutions
Mentor and guide junior developers, enforcing best practices and improving development standards
Troubleshoot complex technical issues across various Pega layers and collaborate with teams for resolution
Prepare technical documentation, estimations, and design specifications
Stay updated on Pega product releases and evolving capabilities, especially Pega Infinity

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong hands-on experience with Pega CLM / KYC frameworks, data models, and out-of-the-box rules

Proven expertise in developing Pega applications from scratch on Pega Infinity (version 8.7 or above)

Deep knowledge of Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, Cosmos React, SPA behavior, and DX APIs

Relevant Pega certifications such as Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or CSSA preferred

Experience with DevOps, unit testing (e.g., PegaUnit), and CI / CD pipelines in Pega is a plus

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills

Prior experience mentoring and leading small to mid-sized development teams
