Job Title : HR Executive / Admin / Associate / TA
Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, and a passion for working with people.

Our Core team members have worked with Many startups in Asia, US, Europe, Middle East at various stages and helped them in their growth journey.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Support onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires
2. Employee Engagement & Communication Organize employee engagement activities and events to boost employer morale & improve the culture
Support internal communication related to HR policies and company updates
Handle employee queries and concerns empathetically and efficiently & provide support as and when required.
3. HR Operations Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Assist in preparing letters like offer letters, experience letters, etc.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and related reports
Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team
4. Compliance & Policy Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies
Support audits, statutory filings, and compliance documentation
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational data
5. Performance & Learning Assist in tracking performance review timelines and feedback collection
Help organize training sessions and maintain learning records
Key Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of relevant HR experience (Freshers with internships may be considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools
High level of professionalism and discretion
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills : Experience in a startup ( fintech ) or fast-growing organization.
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance practices
Exposure to HR analytics or reporting
