Job description

About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior SAP BRIM SOM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Subscription Order Management (SOM) within the SAP BRIM / Hybris Billing ecosystem on S / 4 HANA. The role involves functional configuration, solution design, and cross-module integration, with focus on Telco / Subscription order-to-cash business processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Configure and support SAP SOM processes - master data, subscriptions, product modeling, and pricing procedures.
  • Manage order management processes and integration with Convergent Charging, Invoicing, Mediation, and external applications (CRM, E-commerce).
  • Conduct gap analysis, blueprinting, solution design, build, and go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional and complex business issues.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP BRIM best practices and audit integrator work.
  • Provide mentoring / training to team members.
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Stay updated on SAP Activate methodology and new SOM features.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years as SAP BRIM / Hybris Billing functional consultant.
  • Mandatory : At least 1 end-to-end SAP SOM implementation on S / 4 HANA.
  • Hands-on functional configuration in SOM (Product Modeling, Pricing, Variant Configuration, Order Management).
  • Deep OTC (Order-to-Cash) process knowledge in Telco / Subscription business models.
  • Strong knowledge of BRIM modules - Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Mediation.
  • ABAP basics - User exits, BADI, Enhancements, APIs, BAPIs.
  • Knowledge of BRF+, Cross Catalog Mapping, Partner Revenue Sharing, Master Agreement, Shared Allowances.
  • Certifications in SAP SOM / CRM (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
