The role demands proficiency in tools and techniques essential for supporting business intelligence and data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) for data organization and analysis, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Experience with SQL for robust data querying, manipulation, and management essential to supporting business operations.
• Competency in using Tableau for creating interactive and data-rich visual analytics to guide strategic business decisions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI to develop insightful visual reports and dashboards to present data in a business context.
• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
• Understanding of business intelligence concepts and practices necessary to aid in high-stakes decision-making processes.
• Experience in data visualization techniques to clearly communicate results and trends to stakeholders and executive teams.
