Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving the business revenue targets .
- Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their industry position.
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities for both new and existing markets.
- Expand business geographically and increase share from current key accounts .
- Develop new key accounts and grow business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client budgets and accurately identify their needs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction as reflected by Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Provide timely support, service, and after-sales assistance to clients.
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups from customers.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic planning.
- Reconnect and revive relationships with former clients.
- Mentor, guide, and drive performance within the sales team .
