Technical Marketing Specialist | Laggo Media

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist  to help design, build, and optimize full-funnel marketing systems for our clients across social media, paid advertising, and CRM automation. This role blends creative marketing execution with deep technical knowledge of digital infrastructure — ideal for someone passionate about data-driven growth, automation, and results.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, launch, and manage  Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads  campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
  • Set up and optimize  CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)  — including pipelines, automations, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
  • Build and manage  sales funnels , landing pages, and appointment booking systems.
  • Track and analyze  key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates)  and produce performance reports for clients.
  • Implement  retargeting campaigns , SMS / email automation sequences, and A / B testing.
  • Integrate marketing systems with tools like  Zapier ,  Meta Conversion API , and  Google Tag Manager .
  • Collaborate on  ad creatives, copywriting, and technical setup  to ensure every campaign runs smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of  Meta Ads Manager ,  Google Ads , and  analytics platforms .
  • Hands-on experience with  GoHighLevel (GHL)  or other CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in  funnel building  (ClickFunnels, GHL, or Webflow).
  • Familiarity with  SEO, Google My Business optimization, and website analytics .
  • Experience with  API integrations ,  automations , and  data tracking tools .
  • Analytical mindset — able to translate metrics into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent written communication for client reporting and ad copy.

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Understanding of  AI tools  (ChatGPT, Jasper, Zapier AI, etc.) for marketing automation.
  • Experience working with  home service, B2B, or industrial clients .
  • Background in  system design ,  data pipelines , or  SaaS integrations .
