Job descriptionBuild and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor loan book performance (NPA %, Ensure accurate reconciliation of all loans (direct and partner-sourced) with bank Lead financial evaluations and ongoing monitoring of fintech partners with FLDG Track and reconcile FLDG coverage, defaults, and recoveries. Manage co-lending and BC partnerships, including financial diligence, cash flow Conduct in-depth financial and risk analysis of NBFCs or non-NBFC entities for potential Review promoter background, financial health (CAR, GNPA / NNPA, ALM), audit reports, Prepare recommendation reports for partnerships and investment decisions. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for Apollo Finvest (quarterly / annual), Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and RBI inspections. Manage tax planning, GST compliance, and other regulatory filings. Work closely with the product team to automate reconciliation, reporting, and financial Drive integration of finance dashboards into the loan management system (LMS) for Identify opportunities for automation in financial reporting and portfolio monitoring. Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and portfolio analysis to support Collaborate with the leadership team to improve margins, reduce defaults, and optimize Evaluate ROI and financial performance of all lending partnerships and products. Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience, preferably in Strong experience with unsecured personal loans and FLDG models in co-lending Deep knowledge of NBFC operations, RBI compliance norms, and financial reporting Hands-on experience in loan reconciliation, portfolio health tracking, and real-time Proven track record of due diligence of NBFCs and fintech companies. Mindset of automation and process innovation, with experience working with Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling and KPIs (NPA %, PAR, Proficiency in Tally, Excel (advanced), and familiarity with ERP / LMS systems. Strategic thinker : Can link financial insights with business strategy. Problem solver : Finds automation-driven solutions to manual finance tasks. Tech-savvy : Understands data flows between finance, LMS, and partner systems. Ownership mindset : Takes full accountability for financial health and reporting.
