Technical APM Business Analyst with Orbus infinity

Timing : 3pm – 11pm IST

Experience : 5+ years

Required :

• Hands-on Orbus (iServer / Infinity) experience : Application attribute configuration, surveys, workflow, and portfolio dashboards.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (contract, usage, and license data extraction)
• Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM) and proven facilitation of Agile delivery.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with ROI / TCO modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
• Familiarity with Informatica EDW for data aggregation a plus.
• Proficiency in Power Automate for survey execution a plus.
• I need a higher degree of experience in Orbus vs. ServiceNow. Someone who can navigate Orbus comfortably as they’ve worked in it before. Long story short, they need to have the knowledge to support the activity (Application Portfolio Management), and the ability to operate in the tool. We can work with them to understand the ServiceNow capacity.
• Orbus experience a must. ServiceNow experience a nice to have.
• No ETL experience required, but nice to understand how the ETL process works. It will be supported by another team.

Job Description :

This role drives the day-to-day execution of Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Rationalization activities. The Business Analyst will be hands-on in building and maintaining the Enterprise Application Inventory in Orbus, running business and technical health application assessments, and supporting the Application Rationalization processes. The role requires deep working knowledge of Orbus (iServer / Infinity) and familiarization with ServiceNow (SAM / APM modules) and strong facilitation skills to support stakeholders across IT, Procurement, and the Business.
