About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and growth focused Ecommerce Manager to oversee and expand our online sales operations. The role requires strong expertise in marketplace management, product catalog optimization, digital marketing coordination and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day ecommerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and brand website.
Oversee product listings, catalogue accuracy, pricing, offers and product visibility.
Optimize listings using SEO, keyword research and marketplace analytics.
Track key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV and ROAS.
Plan and manage online promotional campaigns, ads and seasonal sale strategies.
Coordinate with marketing, design, operations and customer service teams for smooth workflow.
Handle orders, returns, customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently.
Analyze performance reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Forecast demand and maintain healthy stock levels by collaborating with supply and warehouse teams.
Improve website UI / UX, checkout experience and user journey through A / B testing and insights.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain strong seller ratings.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
3-6 years of experience in ecommerce operations or online sales management.
Strong knowledge of marketplaces and ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Seller Central and advertising dashboards.
Good understanding of SEO, SEM and digital marketing fundamentals.
Strong analytical thinking, communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Preferred Attributes
Experience managing paid ads on Amazon, Google or Meta.
Knowledge of inventory planning and basic P&L understanding.
Creative approach for improving product content and brand visibility.
