Job descriptionPrepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports as required. Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights for decision-making. Assist in planning and coordinating executive-level meetings and business events. Support the CEO in managing key projects, tracking deliverables, and monitoring deadlines. Manage sensitive information with absolute professionalism and discretion. Liaise with senior leadership teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow. Ensure seamless communication across departments on behalf of the CEO. 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Experience supporting CXO-level executives (preferred). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Location : Thane (Onsite)
Shift Timing : 07 : 00 PM to 04 : 30 AM IST
Experience Required : 2–5 Years
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. This role requires someone who can manage complex schedules, coordinate high-impact tasks, maintain confidentiality, and act as a strategic partner to the CEO. The ideal candidate should be experienced in working with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to ensure optimal time management.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Handle email communications, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups.
