We are looking for a Customer Service & Implementation Executive who will work closely with clients during onboarding and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. This role offers great exposure to enterprise clients and a fast learning curve in the SaaS and transport tech domain.
Key Responsibilities
🧩 Customer Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for client admins and transport coordinators.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand client requirements and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
⚙️ Implementation Support
Assist in onboarding new clients — collecting data, configuring the system, testing, and go-live support.Conduct on-site visits (50% travel) to client locations for setup, training, and operational checks.Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Operations, Support) to ensure successful rollouts.📊 Reporting & Follow-up
Maintain client activity logs and reports in CRM or Excel.Track issue status and update clients regularly.Support renewal and feedback discussions with account managers.Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Operations / Implementation / Field Coordination .Fresh graduates (any discipline) with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi (Telugu preferred).Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with enterprise clients.Comfortable with 50% travel within the city or nearby client sites.Basic computer proficiency – Excel, CRM, or mobile app tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What We Offer
