Mern Stack Developer

Position : Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)

Experience : 7+ Years

Location :

Onsite (Ahmedabad, Vadodara )

Required Domain Experience :

Minimum

2 years in Medical Imaging

projects

Tech Stack :

JavaScript, TypeScript, React (Vite.js), Node.js, Docker

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable full stack applications using

React (Vite.js)

and

Node.js

Build and maintain

reusable React component libraries

and UI modules

Develop lightweight applications using

Vanilla JavaScript

when required

Design system architecture and modular APIs following best practices

Write clean, maintainable code with

TypeScript

Integrate RESTful APIs and databases with secure and high-performance design

Manage

Docker-based deployments

for development / testing / production

Strong ownership of modules with the ability to

work independently

Collaborate with cross-functional product and QA teams

Work with

RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)

and write optimized queries

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in

React (Vite.js)

and

Node.js

Excellent knowledge of

JavaScript and TypeScript

Experience building

reusable components and UI libraries

Good understanding of

software architecture and microservices

Experience with

Docker

for app packaging and deployment

Strong understanding of

Relational Databases (RDBMS)

Expertise in

API development

and performance optimization

Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Imaging

or PACS / DICOM-based systems

Good To Have

Experience with

Angular

Knowledge of

Cloud platforms

– AWS / Azure / GCP

Experience with

CI / CD Pipelines

Familiarity with

HIPAA compliance

and secure healthcare data practices

Experience with

FHIR, HL7, DICOM

will be an added advantage
