Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Manager located in Chennai. The Finance and Accounting Manager will oversee financial statements, manage budgeting processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include performing financial analysis, monitoring financial performance, and providing insights to support decision-making. The role also involves preparing detailed financial reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or equivalent qualification preferred)
• Experience in financial leadership roles and knowledge of regulatory compliance is a plus
