Role Overview : -

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead Developer to join our team as our primary

technology leader. You'll be responsible for architecting, developing, and scaling our web

applications while leading and mentoring a team of 6-8 developers. This is a hands-on leadership

role where you'll split your time between coding, code reviews, team guidance, and strategic

technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities : -

Technical Leadership

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using modern full-stack technologies
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code across the entire technology stack
• Conduct thorough code reviews and establish coding standards for the team
• Make critical architectural decisions and technology choices
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for our products
