Job description

Key Responsibilities

IT Adoption & Effectiveness

  • Drive availability, effectiveness, and adoption of SAP S4 Hana SD applications.
  • Ensure timely and effective user support aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Support projects and solution implementations in collaboration with the S4 Hana SD COE Lead.
  • Act as the first point of contact between IT and business stakeholders for SD-related requirements.

Business Process Enablement

  • Partner with business teams and COE Lead to identify, implement, and maintain process enablers through IT solutions.
  • Align IT functionalities with business needs to improve efficiency and user experience.

    • IT Innovation & Awareness

  • Monitor emerging technologies, industry practices, and internal controls in the SAP SD domain.
  • Recommend and drive best practices across the organization.
  • Conduct training programs and awareness sessions to enhance IT adoption among employees.

    • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification : Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Electrical / Electronics) or any discipline.
  • Preferred : Certification in SAP SD / S4 Hana SD.
  • Experience :
  • 2–3 years’ experience in SAP SD / S4 Hana SD implementation or support, OR
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in SAP and willingness to learn.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash, SD Pricing Procedures, Credit Management, and GST processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to plant locations as required.
