Overview : The Senior Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies to retain current accounts at scale. Account management, including proactive renewal and upsell motions and insight gathering to ensure we build product improvements to support key customer needs, will be crucial to your success. As we expand, you will own the full customer lifecycle post-sale, strengthening retention, driving renewals, and amplifying our brand through exceptional customer relationships, ensuring customers become powerful advocates of our brand. You'll be responsible for developing customer success stories, designing co-marketing programs, supporting customer onboarding, and contributing to our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts by acquiring valuable backlinks from reputable partners
