We're on the hunt for a Social Media & Brand Influencer who lives and breathes digital trends and knows how to turn creativity into engagement. As the face and voice of Phase 1, you’ll be crafting content that connects, keeps us relevant, and amplifies our brand presence across social media platforms. You’ll be the go-to for all things cool, trendy, and viral, driving the conversation and setting the tone for our community.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Develop scroll-stopping, share-worthy content that aligns with our brand voice and excites our audience across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.

▪ Stay ahead of social media trends, memes, and viral moments. Be the first to jump on what's hot and spin it into gold for our brand.

▪ Engage with our followers daily, responding to comments and DMs with personality and charm. Build genuine connections that turn followers into fans.

▪ Assist with campaign launches and brand initiatives by creating buzz-worthy content that drives awareness and engagement.

▪ Help identify potential influencer collaborations, building relationships with creators who align with our brand’s vibe.

▪ Pitch fresh, out-of-the-box content ideas that spark conversations and make us stand out in a crowded feed.

▪ Represent the Phase 1 ethos authentically, making sure every post, story, and interaction reflects who we are and what we stand for.

What You Bring to the Table

▪ You’ve got a natural knack for all things social Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and beyond—and you know how to use them to their full potential.

▪ Experience in creating and editing top-tier visuals and videos for social media. You’ve got a good eye for design, and you know what makes content perform.

▪ You’re plugged into what’s trending, from viral challenges to the latest memes, and you know how to make those trends work for us.

▪ Stellar writing skills with the ability to keep things fun, fresh, and on-brand. You know how to engage an audience and spark real conversations.

▪ The social space moves fast, and so do you. You can adapt on the fly and react to trending topics in real-time.

▪ You’re comfortable working closely with our marketing team and other influencers, keeping the flow of ideas and creativity alive.
