Job description

  • Work on End-to-End IT Recruitment (Domestic).
  • Understand job descriptions and requirements for IT skills and roles shared by the clients.
  • Source senior and middle level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses.
  • Utilize various job portals and other professional and social media to source suitable candidates.
  • Implement various techniques like mass mailing, reference, job postings, etc and any new / innovative techniques in the market.
  • Update and maintain various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
  • Hands-on experience to co-ordinate interviews on various platforms (e.G. Teams, Zoom, etc).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
  • Proactive and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Create and maintain database of candidates.

Required Experience :

5 - 8 years Required Skills :

  • Should have experience & Knowledge about recruitment process.
  • Proven work experience in recruitment - preferably as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Should have worked on niche hiring.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
  • Strong negotiation and conversation control skills.
  • Should have the ability to multitask.
  • Should be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
