About The Role :
We’re looking for a Full-Time Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns .
You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns end-to-end across Search, Display, and YouTube , with a clear focus on driving measurable results and growth. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and love turning data into performance wins, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing to attract qualified leads.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate within defined budgets.
- Set up first party data tracking.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Google Ads Conversion Tags.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to refine messaging and improve funnel performance.
- Run A / B tests for creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continually improve results.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare weekly / monthly reports , and recommend actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and new ad features .
Requirements :
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion optimization .Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) .Strong understanding of ad metrics : CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score, etc.Experience with landing page CRO and ad funnel optimization.Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.Good to Have : Experience working with an Education institute , D2C brands or performance-driven agencies.Google Ads Certification is a plus.Compensation : INR 30,000 / month
