Team Lead - Web Development

Experience Required : Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing a web development team.

Overall experience : 68 years preferred.

Job Overview :

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and skilled Team Lead for our Web Development Team.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent client communication abilities, and a solid technical background in modern web development technologies including React, Node.js, and Laravel.

The candidate must be well-versed in managing teams, solving complex technical problems, and driving the successful execution of projects from requirement gathering to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consultancy, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Handle project planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and risk management for multiple web development projects.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions with scalable architecture.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices in all stages of development.
• Drive innovation by exploring and integrating cutting-edge AI tools and technologies into applications.
• Review code, ensure development best practices, and perform regular code audits.
• Collaborate with UI / UX designers, backend developers for smooth project execution.
• Manage deployments, updates, and maintenance of applications on cloud servers (AWS / DigitalOcean / etc.).
• Utilize version control systems like Git or Bitbucket for efficient code management and collaboration.
• Ensure secure and performance-optimized web applications aligned with business goals.
