Role Description

This full-time on-site Human Resources Specialist role is based in New Delhi. The specialist will manage HR policies, facilitate employee benefits, oversee personnel management, and ensure seamless HR operations. Responsibilities include implementing recruitment strategies, refining HR processes, and serving as a point of contact for personnel concerns, while promoting workplace compliance and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR management.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits programs.
• Proficiency in personnel management, including handling employee relations and fostering engagement.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required;

an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
