Job Title : Head - Human Resources

Location : Thane, Mumbai

CTC : Up to 42 LPA

Role Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for a fast-growing retail brand. This role will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives in India, while building a scalable, people-first culture across corporate and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, L&D, Payroll, Employee Relations, Compliance , and Engagement.

Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and systems tailored for a multi-location retail workforce.

Drive mass hiring and manpower planning to support aggressive store expansion across India.

Ensure 100% adherence to labour law compliance, audits, and statutory norms applicable in the retail industry.

Build, mentor, and lead an agile HR team delivering both strategic and operational HR outcomes.

Partner with business leaders to drive culture, capability building, and change management initiatives.

Develop HR analytics and dashboards to provide insights for leadership decision-making.

Foster a high-retention, performance-driven environment across corporate and frontline teams.
