Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Bengaluru. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage reception area activities, including greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical tasks such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and coordinating office communication while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and exceptional Receptionist Duties skills
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing schedules and maintaining records
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi and other regional languages preferred
