Overview :

We’re looking for a data-driven and commercially-minded Retail Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns for leading brands. You’ll work with major platforms like Amazon Ads, Criteo , and other retail media networks, using data and insights to drive measurable growth for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end retail media campaigns- from setup to optimization, across multiple platforms to achieve client KPIs.
• Develop smart, data-led retail media strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance results.
• Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and strong return on investment.
• Partner with internal teams (marketing, analytics, sales) and external stakeholders to align campaign objectives.
• Leverage advanced tools ( Amazon Ads, Criteo, Pacvue, Helium 10 ) to optimize campaigns and improve reporting accuracy.
• Apply advanced optimization techniques such as audience segmentation, bid strategy, and creative testing.
• Support and guide junior team members on campaign best practices.
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform and industry standards, maintaining accuracy and quality control.
