JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a result-driven Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines to support our growing data needs. You will work extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and leverage visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio to deliver actionable insights. A strong understanding of web analytics using GA4 and GTM, along with applied NLP techniques for sentiment analysis, is essential.

As a Data Manager, you will lead a small team of data analysts, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality output. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development, to drive data-informed decision-making and deliver impactful business solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Manage and mentor a small team of data analysts, ensuring their professional growth and delivery of high-quality work.
• Work extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to implement and manage data solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
• Implement and monitor web analytics using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track and analyze user behavior.
• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including sentiment analysis, to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development, to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
• Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve data operations and analytics capabilities.
