Job Location : Trivandrum / Cochin

• Seeking a Product owner with strong product analysis expertise, a consultative mindset, and a passion for AI-enabled, intelligent product capabilities.
• Role demands the ability to deliver value-driven product consultancy engaging with customers to uncover business needs, shaping solutions that maximize business value, and influencing product direction.
• Collaborate closely with customers, product managers, and engineering teams to define and deliver solutions addressing complex logistics and energy industry challenges.
• Proven experience across key stages of the product lifecycle : discovery, requirements, delivery, customer demos, and roadmap discussions.
• Act as a product expert in customer engagements, with deep knowledge of industry processes and business challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to consult with clients to optimize business processes and unlock measurable value.
• Hands-on experience with fit-gap analysis, roadmap definition, and solution implementation in client environments.
• Expertise in Agile requirements management : maintaining product backlogs, developing and refining user stories, sprint planning, envisioning, and grooming.
• Skilled in requirement prioritization techniques (Value-Driven, RICE), providing inputs for UI / UX, managing conflicting requirements, navigating change management, and applying an MVP-first approach to complex requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile (Scrum / Kanban) practices and delivery frameworks.
• Contribute to identifying and shaping AI / ML-driven use cases that build intelligent product capabilities and create customer value.
