Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead / Sales Head / Sales Manager / Pre-Sales to lead and drive property sales, manage client relationships, and build a strong sales pipeline. The role involves overseeing the sales team, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings.
Maintain strong follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure pipeline movement.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
Track daily sales activities, maintain reports, and present performance updates to management.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential / Commercial).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Good knowledge of local real estate market & competitors.
Customer-focused mindset and result-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
