Role Overview :

The Program Implementation Manager is a critical on-ground leadership role responsible for the successful execution of our FLN program across schools in Hyderabad. This person will act as the primary catalyst for change focusing heavily on teacher capacity building empathetic coaching and ensuring program quality across the region. This role requires disciplined execution strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting teachers in their challenging work.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Program Execution and On-Ground Management

• Lead the successful high-quality implementation of the FLN program in partner schools in Hyderabad and its surrounding outskirts.
• Manage and execute all on-ground activities ensuring program fidelity and adherence to all implementation guidelines.
• Extensive local travel (within Hyderabad and its outskirts) is required to support and monitor school activities.
