Opportunity : Senior Paid Campaign Specialist
We’re looking for a performance-driven Social Ads Manager to own our paid social strategy across LinkedIn Ads for Document360 (Knowledge Base SaaS) and Turbo360 (Azure Monitoring SaaS). You’ll run full-funnel campaigns from audience segmentation to creative testing and optimization focused on driving qualified leads, product trials, and pipeline growth.
What you’ll do on the job :
- Own LinkedIn Ads end-to-end : Campaign setup, audience building, budget allocation, tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing to develop scroll-stopping ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance daily and optimize based on CPL, CTR, CVR, and lead quality.
- Implement A / B tests for ad copy, visuals, and CTAs to constantly improve conversion performance.
- Integrate campaigns with CRM (Pipedrive) for lead flow tracking and funnel attribution.
- Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities in targeting, creatives, and offers.
- Report actionable insights weekly to the Performance Marketing Lead and VP of Marketing.
What You’ll bring :
4-6 years of experience in LinkedIn Ads or Paid Social for B2B SaaS.Deep understanding of LinkedIn audience segmentation, Matched Audiences, and G2 Intent integration.Hands-on experience with UTM tracking, GA4, and conversion APIs.Proven ability to manage $10K–$30K monthly ad budgets efficiently.Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in Excel / Looker Studio reporting.Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Meta Ads is a plus.Equal Opportunities :
