Networking Protocol Software Engineer

Experience : 5 to 15 yrs

Domain Skills : Networking - L2 L3 RDK B

Required Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with RDK-B platform (preferred).
• Strong programming skills in C / C++.
• Networking Layer 2 Layer 3 Wifi / Openwrt / Wifimesh / Purplos
• Proficiency in Linux system programming, multithreading, and IPC mechanisms.
• Experience with CCSP, HAL, and Yocto build systems.
• In-depth understanding of networking protocols – TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS, IPv4 / IPv6.
• Hands-on with tools such as Wireshark, Gerrit, Jenkins, and Git.
• Exposure to DOCSIS, GPON, LTE / 5G, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi 802.11 standards.
