Job descriptionGood understanding of US Healthcare domain concepts EHR, Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, or Payment systems. Proven experience in application monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning. Experience with incident / ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy. Familiarity with SQL Server and ability to analyze queries and stored procedures. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across global teams. Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Exposure to Azure DevOps, PowerShell scripting, or automation tools for support tasks. Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, or Dynatrace. Knowledge of API integrations, microservices, and containerized deployments (Docker / Kubernetes). Experience in production support within regulated environments (HIPAA-compliant systems).

Required Skills & Experience :
- 612 years of experience in Production Support or Application Support Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with :
1. .NET Framework / Core (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC)
2. Azure Cloud Services App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Application Insights, and related components.
Good-to-Have Skills :
