About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle emails, documentation, and back-office support in Spanish
- Review, process, and update customer data and case files
- Communicate with internal stakeholders for updates and clarifications
- Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables
- Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and SLAs
