Role Summary
We’re hiring a performance-creative editor to craft fast-cut, viral ads for Meta (Facebook / Instagram Reels) and TikTok . You’ll transform diverse input footage into engaging, conversion-focused 30–60s edits and longer VSLs designed for constant testing and scale. This is not film / cinematic work—your edits live inside paid social and must hook in the first second, tell a tight story, and convert .
You’re a versatile, quick video editor who prioritizes speed and creativity and can also create motion graphics (titles, kinetic text, simple animations, CTA cards) to boost retention and clarity.
