As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Foxtale, you will lead and manage the sales operations for the Mumbai region, driving revenue growth, enhancing market penetration, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with extensive experience in General Trade (GT) within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry and a proven record of delivering strong business results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Mumbai region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Distributors to ensure top performance.
- Strategize and execute plans to expand market penetration and distribution coverage across key territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to shape sales strategies.
- Ensure the effective implementation of trade promotions, merchandising, and visibility programs.
- Regularly track and report sales performance, team metrics, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless brand execution and product availability.
Key Requirements :
Experience : 8–12 years in sales, with significant exposure to General Trade (GT) in beauty, skincare, or FMCG sectors.Location Expertise : Strong understanding and network within the Mumbai market.Proven track record in driving revenue growth, team leadership, and market expansion.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Highly result-oriented, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial in approach.Apply at vaibhavi.sawant@foxtale.in
