Designation : Regional Sales Manager – Mumbai

Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Foxtale, you will lead and manage the sales operations for the Mumbai region, driving revenue growth, enhancing market penetration, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with extensive experience in General Trade (GT) within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry and a proven record of delivering strong business results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Mumbai region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Distributors to ensure top performance.
  • Strategize and execute plans to expand market penetration and distribution coverage across key territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to shape sales strategies.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of trade promotions, merchandising, and visibility programs.
  • Regularly track and report sales performance, team metrics, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless brand execution and product availability.

Key Requirements :

  • Experience : 8–12 years in sales, with significant exposure to General Trade (GT) in beauty, skincare, or FMCG sectors.
  • Location Expertise : Strong understanding and network within the Mumbai market.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, team leadership, and market expansion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly result-oriented, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial in approach.
