Data Modeler - Erwin / Snowflake DB

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler to join our Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Cloud Data Platforms, SQL, Dimensional Modeling, and Performance Tuning, along with domain experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG). You will work with cross-functional teams Sales, Trade, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to design scalable, business-aligned data models that power actionable insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and maintain dimensional, relational, and semantic data models for analytical and operational use cases.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance, scalability, and flexibility.
• Partner with business teams to understand KPIs and translate them into robust data solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Analysts to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct SQL performance tuning for large-scale datasets.
• Build and implement models on platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
• Apply CPG domain knowledge to areas such as sales forecasting, trade promotion, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
