QA Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will be responsible for testing and documenting Salesforce applications designed for customers, partners, and internal business users.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization and contribute to all aspects of the development lifecycle for internal business systems. The primary application you will test is Salesforce and other applications developed on the Force.Com platform. This position requires close collaboration with business analysts, administrators, and developers.

Responsibilities :

• Design, create, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform extensive functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end system testing—independently and collaboratively.
• Work closely with development and business teams to ensure the highest quality software is deployed within the defined delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, isolate, and report defects to the Salesforce development team.
• Evaluate risks associated with test plans and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Contribute to QA process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity in testing goals and results.
