Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Mesa Kitchen & Bar - Aerocity, located in Delhi, India. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. The role involves supervising food and beverage operations, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the establishment. The Restaurant Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high-quality dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in team leadership, staff management, and conflict resolution
• Experience in customer service, relationship management, and complaint handling
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory control, and supplier coordination
• Skills in organizational management, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with health and safety compliance and industry regulations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
