DRAUGHTSMAN

POSITIONS : Architectural Draughtsman, Civil 3D Draughtsman, Interior Draughtsman, Landscape Draughtsman,

Municipal Draughtsman.

Experience : 5-12 yrs

Location - Navi Mumbai & Bandra

Creating high quality architectural and interior finishes drawings and details at various stages of the project (for multiple projects) as per instructions / sketches / project specifications / time schedule given by senior architect.

Drawings :

Understanding the concept and design made by core design team with the help of Senior Architect.

Preparing architectural and interior finishes drawings and details at various stages of the project i.e. from schematic to GFC (for multiple projects)

Preparing accurate drawings.

Working systematically to ensure Timely completion of drawings as per assigned deadlines. Visiting construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions if required

Co-ordination :

Coordination with core design team for design intent and updates

Co-ordination with Municipal Team for Municipal Drawings

Co-ordination with 3D Team for Visuals.

Co-ordination with Consultant Representatives for drawing coordination / follow-ups for structural / MEP / landscape / façade drawings / BOQs etc.

Preparation and Organized Maintenance of Drawings and other documentation :

Preparing and maintaining drawing lists

Maintaining Drawing Control Index

Maintaining records, files, transmittals and drawings and approval copies

Prepare / assist senior architect in preparation of various project reports / schedules / presentations from time to time.
