Job Summary :

We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to act as a Technical Interview Panel Expert , responsible for evaluating candidates on Java development, architecture design, and microservices engineering .

The expert will participate in technical assessments, panel discussions, and final round evaluations for Java and full-stack engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct interviews and code reviews for Java developers and team leads.
• Assess understanding of Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs .
• Evaluate design patterns, scalability principles, and performance optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to refine hiring rubrics for Java engineering roles.
• Guide recruitment teams on technical fitment and skill benchmarking.
• Contribute to Java competency frameworks and internal knowledge sessions.

Technical Expertise :

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices .
