Job Title : Sales Manager – Mortgages

Location : Vadodara & Morbi

CTC : Up to 10 LPA

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive Mortgage business in Vadodara & Morbi. The role demands strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and proven experience in handling teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive sourcing and acquisition of Mortgage business through multiple channels.

Lead a team of Relationship Officers / Executives, ensuring productivity and performance.

Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation, client meetings, documentation to disbursement.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for self and team.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Train, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve business goals.

Key Requirements :

Minimum 4 years of experience in Mortgage sales.

At least 2 years of proven experience in team handling .

Strong understanding of local markets (Vadodara & Morbi).

Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.

Education : Graduation is mandatory.
