Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for service issues and inquiries from clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct on-site and remote service installations and configurations.
- Maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and new team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.5-8 years of experience in a technical support or service engineering role.Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.Experience with service management tools and ticketing systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Education
