Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled

Solution Engineer

to join our team

in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, implementing,

and supporting solutions within the healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM) domain.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and client

stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that meet customer needs and

enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and implementation for healthcare or RCM-related products and

services.

Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into

technical solutions.

Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical expertise, presentations, and product

demonstrations.

Design and integrate systems leveraging cloud platforms, big data tools, and machine

learning models where applicable.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and

system reliability.

Work with engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of

solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure

compliance and innovation.

Document solutions, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and ease of

knowledge transfer.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing training and technical support as

needed.

Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in solution engineering, systems integration, or related

roles.

Proven experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM) industry is

required.

Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, workflows, and compliance

requirements.

Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed

systems.

Familiarity with big data tools such as ELK Stack, Hadoop, or Spark is a plus.

Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Node.js, or others.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with experience in pre-sales and

technical discussions.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from

a reputed institution.

Preferred Skills

Experience with machine learning models applied in healthcare analytics or fraud

detection.

Exposure to data pipelines, load testing, and real-time monitoring dashboards.

Knowledge of security protocols, data privacy laws (HIPAA), and regulatory

compliance.

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes
