Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Python Developer / Lead with 6–8 years of experience with expertise in microservices design, DevOps, and code quality practices , who can lead a team of developers, design robust solutions, and drive key technical decisions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python development, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with modern frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Key Skills

• Architect and develop scalable microservices using Python
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure code quality.
• Set up and maintain automated unit / integration testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Business) to deliver features end-to-end.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and cloud deployments.
• Manage version control best practices (Git branching strategies, code merges, release management).
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and drive continuous improvement.
