Role & Responsibilities :
- Recruit candidates for various sectors like Manufacturing, Banking, Finance, Chemical, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, CRO, and other industries.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and networking channels.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and finalizing offers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition events.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and market trends.
Requirements :
1–6 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.Exposure to recruitment across multiple sectors is preferred.Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple positions simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools / ATS.Good networking and relationship-building skills.Skills Required
