Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and driven Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize the procurement of food supplies and facility-related services across our operations in the North and West regions of India . This role is critical in ensuring cost-effective purchasing, vendor development, quality assurance, and timely supply chain operations to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Procurement Management
- Develop, manage, and execute sourcing strategies for food products (perishables, non-perishables, packaged goods) and facility services (cleaning, maintenance, equipment, consumables).
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Forecast demand and align procurement plans with operational requirements.
Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors across North & West regions.Maintain long-term relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.Conduct periodic audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality and service standards.Supply Chain Coordination
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to various facilities / units.Collaborate with regional and unit-level teams to understand needs and address supply gaps.Monitor stock levels and oversee logistics across multiple locations.Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and government regulations.Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.Work closely with finance and audit teams for timely payments and reconciliation.Cost Optimization & Budgeting
Track procurement spend and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.Assist in preparing annual procurement budgets for North & West operations.Qualifications & Skills :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.MBA or certification in Procurement / Supply Chain is a plus.Experience :
Minimum 5–15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in food services, hospitality, or facility management.Regional exposure to vendors and markets in North & West India is essential.Skills Required
