Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone calls to generate leads, provide information about our products and services, answer customer inquiries, and maintain customer databases. They will follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Position :  Telecaller

Experience :  Minimum 1 year in Telemarketing / Telecalling.

Languages :  Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi  (mandatory).
